  • The Alchemist Kitchen were one of the first to market with their plant-based apothecary in New York, but as the holistic wellness expands, we asked what it means to move beyond just feeling better. How can we reclaim sovereignty to activate aliveness?

    In doing so, we identified a whole new audience that would align with this vision to create a cultural evolution around the role of plants in our daily lives. With a clear business strategy,  ecosystem mapping and evolved purpose, we have created positioning and identity for the Alchemist Kitchen, transforming the UK’s ultimate third space.

  • Regen EVOO came to us with a great business model. As farmers, they saw the potential not only to grow their product regeneratively, but also to use a premium product to transition other farmers to regen.

    The question, though, was how to position their brand as more than just a “positive purchase.” How could we connect the farmers’ vision with that of the customer - uniting them as a community around a shared purpose? Moving them from simply consuming to actively contributing.

    As we developed the vision, we recognised an opportunity to be more than a premium olive oil, but to represent the whole ecosystem.

    Understanding what it means to come back into nature and reconnect with the systems around us. From our bodies, to our communities, to the earth: To come home to ourselves as nature. We shifted Regen EVOO from a premium food product to something much deeper, with some exciting ideas of the other categories they can move into to create impact.

    Regen EVOO is now in brand development.

  • 7BP came to us with a bold mission: buy back the commons. Their model was simple but radical — use profits from local businesses to purchase land, place it in a community-led trust, and put decision-making back where it belongs. With Noam Chomsky behind them and a rising wave of youth activists, their vision was powerful.
    The challenge? Turning vision into action.

    How do you turn activism into real-world change — not just noise?

    We partnered with 7BP to build the roadmap. First, we crafted a proposition that united youth and local enterprise. Our stance: champion the next generation of business, educating and empowering new founders while rallying established businesses around their future customer base: Gen Z, a notoriously hard crowd to reach.

    Together, we designed a transformation programme for both sides, guided by leaders in regenerative business. Local businesses became proof of what forward-thinking, community-rooted practice looks like today.

    With a clear strategy, business model, and activation plan, 7BP is now out raising- with their first business already ready to launch.
